This is the official (sometimes officious) blog of Pablo John Garcia,first-term congressman from the 3rd District of the Province of Cebu. 

He got this blog because his website, www.pablojohn.com, is still, according to his designers, “under construction”.  In the construction industry, a delay like this is called “negative slippage”.  But he can’t sue to terminate the contract because, according to the designers, “slave labor” is a valid defense.
